Outlook addin server connection error

Description

With the new 2.6.0 version of the addin, the plugin is unable to connect to the server

The customer has the .NET Framework 4.8 version which is correct, but the addin still receives an error:
System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: UserSettings configuration section not recognized.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

We fixed it by deleting the user configuration file
