Description
SacCoke?'s document import program is extremely slow. Processing one document every 30-60 seconds. We import about 1500 documents per day and the import cannot keep up. If we cannot resolve this issue soon, management will look for another solution for document management.
We migrated Logicaldoc and the import program to a new server. Import program performance on the old server was acceptable, but not on the new server. We have provisioned four CPU's and more memory on the new server, but this has had no positive affect on performance.
We are hoping you can login to the new server and recommend changes to increase performance.

If your import program ran well in the old installation and now you are experiencing problems in the new one, it appears to be some kind of tuning problem. Probably you will need to fin tune the database and/or the application server.
If you will send us ADMINISTRATIVE credentials we shoud try to help you of course, but we will need to access with administrative permissions (we need sto start/stop services).
