Using 'Drop files from your desktop':
- documents with '%' in filename errors
- documents with '&' in filename freezes with status of 'Queued'

Selecting 'Click me or drag and drop files above':
- documents with '%' in filename errors
- documents with '&' in filename freezes with status of 'Queued'

Please investigate and correct issue.
