136	Sometimes the upload doesn't work (documents do not appear)	metzenb	car031	"When we add documents (after uploading, filling in the meta information and pressing the ""send""-button) the documents do not appear in the overview. They seem to be gone, we can't find them anywhere. This happens several times (up to 50%) by all users and all kind of files (e.g. ppt, doc).

It's very frustrating, so please solve this problem very soon.
